Our Platters

We use beautiful eco-friendly disposable bamboo platters created by rural women living in India.  For larger events, we have wooden boards and tiered displays. Each platter and board is unique. I will make every attempt to customize to each client’s preference, respectful of allergies, dietary and religious preferences.

Crudités Platter

Assortment of beautiful seasonal raw vegetables (bell pepper, carrots, radish, broccoli, string beans, cucumber) served with hummus and ranch dip (M $99, L $119)

Charcuterie Platter

Assortment of luxury cured meats and fresh cheeses served with olives, artisanal crackers, nuts, honey and jam; garnished with grapes and oranges (S $99, M $139, L $179)

Burrata and Prosciutto Platter

Fresh buffalo burrata and surrounded by heaping piles of prosciutto, served with crackers, drizzled with basil and olive oil; makes a stunning addition to your appetizer spread (12" round platter $109; 15" round platter $129)

Cantaloupe and Prosciutto Platter

Sliced and balled cantaloupe flanked by fresh pieces of prosciutto ( 12" round platter $119; 15" round platter $149) + burrata additional fee

Beautiful, multicolored tomatoes flanked with fresh sliced mozzarella and basil leaves.  Seasoned with salt, pepper, olive oil and balsamic vinegar (12" round: $119, 15" round: $149)

Assortment of fresh fruit and luxury cheeses served with crackers, nuts, honey and jam (M $139, L $179)
 

Brunch Platter 

Assortment of fresh pastries, fruit and artisanal cheeses (XL only $239)​

Fruit Platter 

Heaping piles of gorgeous seasonal fruit (melon, grapefruit, kiwi, oranges, strawberries, grapes, pineapple, etc.) (M $109, L $139)
 

Dessert Platter

Assortment of fresh and fun cookies, pastries, sliced cake and fruit. Customized by event / holiday (M $119, L $149)
 

Bagel Platter

Assortment of a dozen halved fresh bagels.  Comes with small serving of lox, capers/olives, red onion, lemon and cucumber ($189). Cream cheese additional depending on type and size.

Smoked Salmon Platter

Hand sliced smoked salmon beautifully arranged, served with cucumbers, tomatoes, capers, onions and lemon; boiled eggs additional. Bagels NOT included (M $189, L $239, XL $299)
 

Sushi Platter

Beautiful presentation of assorted fresh sushi rolls and nigiri; served with ginger, wasabi, lemon slices and soy sauce (pricing varies)

All platters are disposable and come with disposable serving tongs, presented beautifully in cellophane wrapping and ribbon. Non disposable platters available and will be retrieved later

Grain Basket

Artisanal lettuce with in-season vegetables and fruit (one size: $69)
